Someone who is described as being whiter than white is someone who is completely good, honest, and would never be thought to do anything bad.
Examples of Usage of White than white
Anyone who believes that any politician is whiter than white as portrayed by the media, needs their head examining. People who are in positions of great authority have to be whiter than white, as any allegations of impropriety can be extremely damaging.
