A person who is heartless lacks feelings of compassion or pity, and is cruel and unkind.
Examples of Usage of Heartless
Terrorists who plant bombs are nothing but cold, heartless murderers. I remember that at school we had a French teacher who was a heartless woman devoid of any hint of the milk of human kindness.
