Someone who is very timid and easily frightened, or is scared of everything, is a scaredy cat.
Examples of Usage of Scaredy cat
My dog might bark a lot, but she’s a real scaredy cat and her bark is certainly worse than her bite. Come on! Don’t be such a scaredy-cat. It’s not the biggest rollercoaster in the world, after all.
